      NOTICE

       

      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of Green Plains Ord, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Ord, NE facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 87,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 88 shipping certificates.

       

      Green Plains Ord, LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Ord facility is 5204.

       

      Approval is effective immediately.
