      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN SOYBEAN OIL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Soybean Oil regularity from Archer Daniels Midland Co. at their Quincy, IL facility. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity would allow for 48,400,000 pounds of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 816 warehouse receipts from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the increase in Soybean Oil regularity during the week of December 23rd, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
