      NOTICE
       
      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR SOYBEAN OIL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for Soybean Oil regularity from Archer Daniels Midland Co. at their Mankato, MN facility. 
       
      The approved capacity would allow for 37,020,000 pounds of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 616 warehouse receipts from this facility. 
       
      Archer Daniels Midland Co. has designated ADM Investor Services as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Mankato, MN facility is 2027.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the Soybean Oil regularity during the week of December 23rd, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
