      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Soybean Oil & Meal
       
       
       
      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that the Exchange has approved a request from Archer Daniels Midland Co. for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of Soybean Oil & Meal at the firm’s facility in Galesburg, IL. There are no registered shipping certificates or receipts outstanding from this facility.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in Soybean Oil and Meal regularity during the week of December 9, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
       
      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
