      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Soybeans
       
       
       
      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that the Exchange has approved a request from Tate and Lyle, Inc. for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of soybeans at the firm’s facility in Granite City, IL. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from this facility.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in Soybean regularity during the week of December 9th, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
       
      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
