      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Chicago & Illinois River Marketing for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Chicago, IL.  The firm has been approved for a capacity of 3,095,400 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 51 warehouse receipts.
       
      Chicago & Illinois River Marketing has designated UBS as its clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2505.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
