      NOTICE
       
      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN ROUGH RICE REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Rough Rice regularity from Poinsett Rice & Grain, Inc. at their Diaz, AR facility. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity would allow for 1,262,000-cwt. of storage which would allow the firm to issue up to 631warehouse receipts from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
