      The Exchange has approved the applications of CHS, Inc. for declaration of Soybean regularity at the following locations:

      CHS, Inc. has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse codes for the Beardstown and Havana facilities are 1768 and 1769 respectively.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
