      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Soybean Meal
       
       
       
      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that the Exchange has approved a request from Cargill, Inc. for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of soybean meal at the firm’s facility in Des Moines, IA. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from this facility.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in Ethanol regularity during the week of October 28th, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
       
      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
