      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Corn & Soybeans

       

       

       

      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that the Exchange has approved a request from Tomen Grain Company to voluntarily withdraw its regularity for the delivery of Corn and Soybeans at the firm’s facility in Pekin, IL. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from this facility.

       

      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
