      RE: CHANGE IN REGULAR FIRM’S CLEARING AGENT

       

      Effective immediately, Noble Americas Corp. has changed its clearing agent to Macquarie Futures USA LLC for the firm’s Ethanol transactions.  If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact Terry Gehring in the Registrar’s Office at (312) 435-3644.

       

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the change in clearing agent during the week of October 14th, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
