RE:          APPROVED APPLICATIONS FOR INCREASES IN SOYBEAN MEAL REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the following applications for increases in Soybean Meal regularity from Archer Daniels Midland at their facilities listed below.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the increase in Soybean Meal regularity during the week of September 30^th, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
