      RE:   APPROVED APPLICATIONS FOR GOLD AND SILVER BRANDS
       
      The Exchange has approved the applications of OHIO PRECIOUS METALS, LLC. ("OPM") to be good for delivery gold and silver against the Exchange's Gold and Silver contracts.      
       
       
                                                                           
      Approval is effective 9/4/12
       
                 
       
      This application was approved by the Exchange pursuant to Rule 7A02 in the NYMEX Rulebook.
