SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Increase in Rough Rice Regularity

The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Rough Rice regularity from Poinsett Rice and Grain Inc. at their Waldenburg, AR facility. 

The approved increase in capacity would allow for 1,746,900-cwt. of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 873 warehouse receipts from this facility. 

Approval is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this increase in regularity during the week of September 1, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
