    • Effective Thursday, October 1, 2015, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will amend Chapter 7, Rule 703.B (“Delivery Facilities and Procedures – Load-Out”) with respect to the load out of copper.
