      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN DISTILLERS’ DRIED GRAIN
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Absolute Energy Inc. for a declaration of regularity in Distillers’ Dried Grain at St. Ansgar, IA.  The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 950 tons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 232 shipping certificates.
       
      Absolute Energy, LLC designated ADM Investor Services as the clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 7028.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
