      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Minnesota Soybean Processors for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Brewster, MN.  The firm has been approved for a storage capacity of 29,600,000 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 493 shipping certificates.
       
      Minnesota Soybean Processors has designated Tenco, Inc. as the clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2530.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
