      The Exchange has approved the application of Buckeye Partners LP for a declaration of regularity in RBOB at their Perth Amboy terminal. 

       

      Approval is effective immediately.

       The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval in RBOB regularity during the week of August 11th, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
