      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Sempra Energy Trading, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Argo, IL location. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 58,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 37 shipping certificates.
       
      Sempra Energy Trading, LLC has designated New Edge USA LLC as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Argo facility is 5210.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
