      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Ethanol
       
       
       
      Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that the Exchange has approved a request from Kempler & Co., Inc. for a withdrawal of regularity for the delivery of ethanol at the firm’s facility in Argo, IL. There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from this facility.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the withdrawal in Ethanol regularity during the week of August 5th, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
       
      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
