      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Cargill Inc. for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Creve Coeur, IL.  The firm has been approved for a storage capacity of 16,000,000 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 266 warehouse receipts.
       
      Cargill Inc. has designated JP Morgan Futures Inc.as the clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2108.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
