      SUBJECT:   REGULARITY APPROVAL FOR ALUMINUM

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received and approved the application of Dearborn Distribution Services for regularity for the storage of aluminum deliverable against the COMEX Aluminum futures contract at their facility in Dearborn, MI.  

      The approved cumulative indoor and outdoor capacity at this facility is 50,000 metric tons.  

      The primary conveyance designated by the Exchange shall be rail.  Primary conveyance shall be subject to the minimum guaranteed daily load out rate as prescribed in NYMEX Chapter 7, Rule 703.C.3.b., contingent on any pending conveyance orders submitted prior to the primary conveyance order.

      The alternate conveyance designated by the Exchange shall be truck.  The minimum guaranteed daily load out rate for this conveyance shall be 400 metric tons which shall be published in the Interpretations & Special Notices Related to Chapter 7.  In electing an alternate conveyance, the minimum guaranteed daily load out rate for the alternate conveyance shall apply absent any pending conveyance orders submitted prior to the alternate conveyance order.

      At all times, the regular facility shall be required to meet a cumulative minimum guaranteed daily load out rate as prescribed in NYMEX Chapter 7, Rule 703.C.3.b. for all pending load out orders, on a first come first served basis.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of July 14, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
