Regularity Approval for Silver Brand

SUBJECT:   REGULARITY APPROVAL FOR SILVER BRAND    

The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) has approved the application of Korea Zinc Co., LTD “KZ” (inside a circle with 1974 and Korea Zinc Co., LTD) to be good for delivery of silver against the COMEX Silver futures contracts.

This approval is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of July 07, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
