      SUBJECT:   REGULARITY APPROVAL FOR SILVER BRAND    

      The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) has approved the application of Republic Metals Corporation “RMC” (crucible pouring metal into a mold) to be good for delivery of silver against the COMEX Silver futures contracts.        

      This approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of July 7, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
