SUBJECT:       NOTIFICATION OF THE DELISTING OF AN APPROVED COPPER WAREHOUSE 

Please be advised that Scale Distribution, Inc., an existing Warehouse for the storage of Copper, has notified the Exchange that its facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is withdrawing its status as an Approved Warehouse, and is no longer available for the storage of Copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures contract. 

This change is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this withdrawal in regularity during the week of July 6, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
