      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ROUGH RICE REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Farmers Granary Inc. for a declaration of Rough Rice regularity at its facility in McCrory,AR. The approved regular capacity is 150,000 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 75 warehouse receipts.
       
      Farmers Granary Inc. has designated MF Global as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the McCrory, AR facility is 8012.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
