      RE:       APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY INCREASE
       
      The Exchange has received the following request for an increase in regularity.
       
       
      Ethanol:
       
      The following chart shows the facility, the daily rate of loading (in gallons) and the current number of shipping certificates. It also shows the requested daily rate of loading (in gallons) and the maximum number of shipping certificates that could be issued. The daily rate of loading and storage capacity is used to determine the number certificates the facility can issue.

      Pursuant to Regulation 703.A and 16109.A increases in regularity ethanol will be effective 30 days after a notice has been posted or the day after the application has been approved by the Exchange, whichever is later.
