      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ROUGH RICE REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Planters Rice Mill, LLC for a declaration of Rough Rice regularity at its facility in Brinkley, AR. The approved regular capacity is 500,000 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 250 warehouse receipts.
       
      Planters Rice Mill, LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Brinkley, AR facility is 8070.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
