      The Exchange has approved the applications of Whitebox Commodities Holdings Corp. for declaration of oat regularity at the following locations:

      Whitebox Commodities Holdings Corp. has designated UBS Securities, L.L.C. as its clearing agent. The warehouse codes for the Calumet, Shakopee, and Savage facilities are 1053, 1541, and 1055 respectively.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
