      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ROUGH RICE REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Jonesboro Rice Co. LLC for a declaration of Rough Rice regularity at its facility in Jonesboro, AR. The approved regular capacity is 399,960 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 199 warehouse receipts.
       
      Jonesboro Rice Co., LLC has designated R.J. O’Brien as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Jonesboro, AR facility is 8067.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
