Brand Name Change

SUBJECT:           Brand Name Change  

The Exchange was notified that Ohio Precious Metals, LLC has changed its name to Elemetal Refining, LLC.  This was the result of a re-branding initiative. 

The Elemetal Refining, LLC brand (with Elemetal Refining and Jackson in a circle with a stylized E and M in an inner circle) will begin production of gold and silver deliverable against the COMEX corresponding futures contracts on June 1^st, 2015.  The Ohio Precious Metals, LLC brand (OPM) will no longer be produced. 

This name change is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the brand name change during the week of June 8, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
