      SUBJECT:             Regular Firm Name Change

       

      Effective immediately, the Exchange was notified that Gavilon Grain, LLC, a regular firm for delivery of Hard Red Winter Wheat at their facility in Abilene, KS, has changed its name to Flint Hills Grain, LLC. This change is the result of a joint venture.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the regular firm name change during the week of June 1, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
