      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Green Plains Obion, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Rives, TN location. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 116,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 163 shipping certificates.
       
      Green Plains Obion, LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Rives facility is 5202.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
