      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Green Plains Bluffton, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Bluffton, IN location. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 116,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 163 shipping certificates.
       
      Green Plains Bluffton, LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Bluffton facility is 5203.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
