      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Green Plains Superior, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Superior, IA location. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 87,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 96 shipping certificates.
       
      Green Plains Superior, LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Superior facility is 5201.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
