SUBJECT:              Withdrawals of Regularity in Ethanol

Pursuant to Rule 707, notice hereby is given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved requests from The Andersons Inc. for withdrawals of regularity for the delivery of ethanol at their Albion, MI, Logansport, IN, and Greenville, OH facilities.  There are no registered shipping certificates outstanding from these facilities.

These withdrawals of regularity are effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of these withdrawals during the week of May 18, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
