      NOTICE
       
      RE:      NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL OF A PRODUCER BRAND FOR PALLADIUM
       
       
      Notice is hereby given that palladium bars produced at the former Russian State Refinery and that are marked with a stamp of “CCCP” are now deliverable against the NYMEX palladium futures contracts. These bars must also meet all the other criteria of the Palladium contract specifications.

      This change is effective immediately.
       
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the added deliverable brand in Palladium during the week of May 17, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
