SUBJECT :     REGULARITY APPROVAL FOR SILVER BRAND    

The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) has approved the application of Asahi Refining USA, Inc. (with Asahi SLC in an oval and Assayers Refiners in an inner oval) to be good for delivery of silver against the COMEX Silver futures contracts.        

This approval is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this approval during the week of May 11, 2015 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
