      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN WHEAT REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Wheat regularity from Deshler Farmers Elevator Company at their Custar, OH facility. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity will allow for 3,029,000 bushels of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 605 shipping certificates from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
