      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN DISTILLERS’ DRIED GRAIN
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Guardian Energy, LLC for a declaration of regularity in Distillers’ Dried Grain at Janesville, MN.  The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 400 tons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 180 shipping certificates.
       
      Guardian Energy, LLC designated ADM Investor Services as the clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 7020.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
