SUBJECT:             Approved Application for Rough Rice Regularity

The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved the application of Ritter Grain Services for a declaration of regularity in Rough Rice located in Otwell, AR.  The approved storage capacity (in hundredweights) and maximum allowable receipts are as follows:

Ritter Grain Services will assume the outstanding receipts that were issued by Harvest Rice Inc. as part of this approval.  Ritter Grain Services has designated Rosenthal Collins Group as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Otwell, AR facility is 8075.

Approval is effective immediately.
