SUBJECT:             Approved Decrease in Rough Rice Regularity

The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) has approved the application of Harvest Rice, Inc. for a decrease in rough rice regularity at their facility located in Otwell, AR.   

The approved regular capacity is now 28,450 hundredweights, which allows for the issuance of up to 14 warehouse receipts.

Approval is effective immediately.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this decrease in regularity during the week of May 5, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
