      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ROUGH RICE REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Erwin-Keith Inc. for a declaration of Rough Rice regularity at its facility in Wynne, AR. The approved regular capacity is 612,000 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 306 warehouse receipts.
       
      Erwin-Keith Inc. has designated Penson Financial Services as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Wynne, AR facility is 8069.
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
