      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Global Ethanol LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the Manly, IA facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 406,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 244 shipping certificates.
       
      Global Ethanol LLC has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Manly facility is 5007.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
