      NOTICE
       
      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN WHEAT REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Wheat regularity from Cargill Inc. at their Mt. Vernon, IN facility. 
       
      The approved increase would allow for a daily rate of loading of 110,000 bushels per day, which would allow the firm to issue up to 440 shipping certificates from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
