      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Ethanol regularity from Louis Dreyfus Commodiites, LLC at their Norfolk, NE location. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity would allow the firm to issue up to 110 shipping certificates from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
