      SUBJECT:   Approved Application for Soybean Regularity
       
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of Bunge North America, Inc. for a declaration of regularity in Soybeans at their facility located in Fairmont City, IL. The approved regular daily rate of loading is 110,000 bushels, which would allow for the issuance of up to 440 shipping certificates.
       
      Bunge North America has designated Bunge Chicago, Inc as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Fairmont City, IL facility is 1773.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of this declaration of regularity during the week of January 27th, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
