SUBJECT:        Approved Change in Rates for Precious Metal Depository Manfra, Tordella & Brookes, Inc.

Manfra, Tordella & Brookes, Inc., a COMEX Depository for the storage and delivery out of gold, platinum, and palladium deliverable against the Exchange’s gold, platinum, and palladium futures contracts, will implement new rates in connection with the withdrawal of gold, platinum, and palladium at its facility located in New York, New York. The new rates, presented below, reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged, as approved by the Exchange.
