      NOTICE
       
      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Ethanol regularity from Big River Resources LLC at their West Burlington, IA facility. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity is for a daily rate of loading of 120,000 gallons, which would allow the firm to issue up to 165 shipping certificates from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
