This Advisory Notice supersedes CME Group RA1514-5. It is being issued to clarify that where it is necessary for parties to agree to the individual leg prices on certain spread and combination trades for the purpose of reporting the trade to the Exchange, parties must do so as expeditiously as possible after agreeing to engage in the block trade. Additionally, the Advisory Notice clarifies that for parties utilizing single-side trade entry in CME ClearPort, both parties to the trade need to be mindful of the requirement to accurately report within the required time period. These amendments can be found under Section 7 (“Price Reportintg Requirements”). No other material changes have been made to the Advisory Notice.
